How many times have you eaten something and then regretted it the moment it hit your stomach?

Keep a water bottle handy and make it a habit to sip throughout the day. Your body needs on average 1/2 of your body weight in oz. If you're drinking that much water or even more and you still feel dehydrated then you might be lacking minerals. A simple way you can get the minerals your body needs to stay hydrated is CELTIC SEA SALT. Super simple, just put one granule under your tongue before you drink water.
